busy bug

Thanks to Sandy we got extra time with our girl. Back to reality tomorrow. Quick picture before bed. So happy that she caught the ladybug. Speaking of ladybugs, can't wait to dress her up tomorrow! ;)

9 months

This gorgeous girl is such a ham at 9 months.  All 20 lbs & 12 oz of her. :) She started imitating us and is doing it more and more. One thing she does is blows raspberries, I don't even know where it came from.  It's hilarious now but I know when she's older I'm going to be trying to stop her from doing it.  Hopefully it's just a phase. :) 

My mom bought her this adorable owl hat so we took her in the backyard to take some pictures. Ryan was out there playing with the dogs and she was cracking up at them the entire time. Can't wait to see her "official" 9 month pics from aunt Katie!

To no surprise, miss B loved her first time on the swings.  I definitely looked like the crazy mom at the playground taking a millions pics plus videos, but it was her FIRST time and as all mom's know, every "first" has to be documented. :) She is perfectly content just crawling around right now, but I know once she starts walking, she is going to be one w.i.l.d child.  She can enjoy the roller coasters when she's older with Ryan, I am perfectly content waiting down below with the book bags.

leaves & apples

Love the fall weather. Since WVU was losing SO bad Saturday, we took a little break and went out to take pictures of Brielle. I feel like she is growing so fast and I don't want to be able to have a million pictures to look back on. She didn't waste any time and started eating the leaves. I promise we feed her. :) Sunday, we did our usual tradition of the apple orchard. We missed you Nana & Grandpa!

She loves looking at all the trees in my parents backyard. Anything that makes her stand!! (if only I had a video of the many falls though). Good thing she's a tough one.

up on her toes like a little ballerina.  can't wait until she can take dance classes.  pretty sure i've been dreaming of it since the day I found out I was pregnant with a girl. <3

8 month update

Where has the time gone? Brielle is 8 months old and changing by the second. She is currently:

• crawling - this started just over a month ago. she does not get on all fours, she prefers the army crawling method and she gets where she wants to go and FAST
• waving and saying "hiii"
• says dada
• drinking a little water with a sippy cup
• which then led to her understanding how to hold her own bottle (as long as she's propped up on some pillows). now if only that bobby wasn't in storage.
• loves the doggies
• still only has 2 teeth
• loves playing in the bath.  does not love when we interrupt to clean her

With the holidays coming up and us moving into our new home, I feel like her 1st birthday is going to be here before we know it!
